Session C 2011 Pole Dance Routine


Start 3 steps in front of the pole facing it


Do 3 big hip circles, then go into 3 low catcher circles, end last of the cathers with a right sassy squat


Starting with outside foot, step drag 3 times toward the pole and when in front of the pole use back of inside hand to stroke up the pole


While facing the back of the room, place both hands on the pole and start flirt with outside leg, do 4 flirts, then wrap inside leg up on the pole into flamingo


Starting with inside foot walk through pirouette, step into start position


Firefly spin or flying fireman booty up


hip circle around pole until at start position, field goal, step out and away pirouette back on pole


false grip 3 wiggles then step out wide and touch base of pole then hands overhead


reach inside hand behind the pole and grab sit into chair position then using outside hand push outside knee into inside knee pulling them together and turn to face the pole in low crouch


booty up and 3 body wave


sundial hold or flagpole


4-4-2 into ballerina or carousel, prance back to start position
