WHEN IS YOUR GRAND OPENING?

I hear this question every time I'm out and about and I love it!

It tells me that you are ready for a change - ready for something new and exciting - and ready to pole! My plans still include a Valentine's Day Grand Opening (how perfect is that!) and classes beginning on March 1st.

I am currently designing the studio layout and color scheme - I want to treat you to something very tasteful, classy, warm and welcoming - I think you'll be impressed and feel 'oh so special' because that's my intent and that's what you deserve.

I encourage you to sign up for my e-newsletter so I can keep you up-to-date with all the developments.

Welcome to our Blog!

Welcome to Lady Katherine, Women’s Fitness With a Touch of Sass.

We are SO excited to bring this type of fitness to western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. As you will soon learn - there is nothing quite like it! It will provide you with a wonderful mind/body/essence make-over that begins on the inside and flows out.

All of our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels, and we welcome you wherever you’re at - know that you belong here. We have created a safe, nurturing, encouraging environment that can change your entire perspective if you allow it to.

This is our mission: to unite and empower women through the healing, transformative power of feminine movement*, and our core values are: authenticity, physical fitness, sensory/sensual awareness, body/mind/essence integration, acceptance of self and others.

I encourage you to become involved with Lady Katherine - participate in our blog, view our class descriptions, contact us - we‘re here for you.

I will be posting more specific information as I get the pieces in place - trust that I am working (feverishly J) on all of this, and check back often.

Take care, stay in touch.

*Feminine Movement is the art of allowing the female body to move organically, naturally, in the manner it is designed to move. I have created the term feminine movement to describe this luxurious, flowing, circular, sensual and empowering exercise in a positive manner, vs. calling it ‘exotic’ movement which often has negative and degrading connotations. Feminine movement differs from exotic movement primarily in the fact that it is not done for an audience or anyone’s entertainment, but solely for the enrichment and empowerment of the individual engaged in the movement.
