Pole Dance (cont'd)

1-After spin go to side (start) of pole and do 3 hip dips
2-step inside foot forward and swing otuside foot around so your back is facing mirror
3-do pole pumps, grinds and hip circles
4-step inside foot forward to face rear at side of pole and bring outside knee high into air, while reaching outside hand behind the small of your back to hold the ple - lean back in an arch
5-outside knee comes down and insde foot steps to the side so you are facing pole with both hands to do figure 8
6-step with inside foot and into next spin (ballerina, one handed ballerina, front hook or carousel)

Chair Dance Routine (cont'd)

19- do 2 peekaboos with outside leg
20-one body circle
21- shimmy up and down 2x
22-stroke inside leg with inside hand down to foot, repeat on the other side
23- put legs together and stand up
24- 2 steps away from chair, do flower petal turn until facing away from mirror
25-wiggle hips go to chair back facing away and do 2 full moons
26-step to side of chair and do figure 8s and dips
27-chorus

Pole Dance Routine 11/09 - 12/09

Here it is ladies - some new moves and some sassy sassy sassy!
1-start to the side and 4 steps back from pole
2-freestyle then walk to side of pole, grab with inside hand
3-walk 4-4-2 then inside outside to end up in back of pole facing pole - do an in place pirouette
4-body circles
5-down on haunches, outside hand on outside knee circle, or peekaboo and then reach back and bounce
6-grab with both hands and booty up
7-step inside next to pole in start position and place outside leg by pushing knee into position
8-hip circles and free style
9-chair into pirouette with back on pole
10-hip circles and 4 flower petal walks in place
11-body wave off
12-two steps away from pole into 2 triangles on the floor
13-stroke knee that is in the air then turn onto bottom for truck drive (or as Mesigh calls it - mud flap!! :")
14-back onto elbows for prance
15-cross at knees and roll into kneeling position
16-bend and snap with one leg to the side - up and to pole for spin

Chair Dance Class Routine 11/09 - 12/09

Our song this time is Rhianna's "Shut Up & Drive". Here is week #1:
1-freestyle for 4 counts
2-hip dips (2) hip circles (2)
3-repeat
4-walk 4 steps to directly behind chair with hands on hips
5-push chair forward 4 counts
6-right hand straight up in air, then left, grasp together and circle hips
7-hands on chair back, hip dips (2) hip circles (2) - kiss inside palm slap butt, run outside palm down outside - side
8-inside leg over chair back then outside leg steps out
9-touch your foot and hair flip back up
10-swing outside leg over chair seat so back is facing mirror
11-2 head circles and hip circles
12-look over shoulder the other shoulder
13-step to side of chair and walk around back to the side
14-put outside foot on chair seat, touch foot
15-hip circles and hip dips with the one hip
16-step both feet onto chair hip dips and circles
17-step carefully onto floor in front, outside leg comes up and down
18-lean back in chair like rising goddess and come up with shoulder open - 2x

Pole Dance Routine week #5

Wow week #5!!! We add the backhook spin this week - it is a challening, lovely, core shaping move that you will enjoy. Here's what we are adding this week:

1- after pushing forward onto our knees we will do 2 big wild head circles
2-push back with arms onto knees and wiggle for 4 counts
3- open outside leg at the knee and do several 'jack-in-boxes'
4-put weight on inside foot and booty up
5-step inside foot first into back hook spin
