Pole Dance Routine June/July 2010 #2

After coming out of your spin (fireman or monkey)

Step out wide as you walk around pole, pulling yourself closer & lowering your hand with each step until your inside arm forearm is resting on pole; without pausing place outside hand above inside and tip your head back, raise your knees (you are on the SIDE of the pole) for a knees up invert.

Lady Katherine Chats with 107.1 My Talk Ladies~


Girl talk radio was in Hudson, WI Saturday 6/26 and we got on the show! Host Alison Kaplan was wonderful, sweet & kind. It was my radio debut and I was SOOOO nervous! Mr. Lady Katherine kept telling me that it was radio and no one could see me or tell I was nervous but somehow that made it more nerve-wracking! I was expecting a mere 5 minutes of chat, limited to the subject of our sassy stripper shoes, but to my delight we had about 25 minutes of air time covering topics including how I got started in my business, classes, parties, perceptions and benefits- oh and the shoes too! Next Ali & friends are going to take a class and publish in the Pioneer Press - yippee!!!

Pole Dance Routine B-3, June - July 2010


Begin behind your pole about 4 steps, do figure 8s 4 counts

-walk slowly to pole, begin with inside foot, do 4 cross steps

-sassy step out into Pole squat position

-4 big hip circles facing pole

-1 sassy squat coming up to one side

-4 upper body circles in place

-step outside foot forward and to side to prepare for pirouette

-pirouette under inside arm ending with back on pole facing side of pole

-one slide down with chest and booty out

-chair into pirouette ending with back on pole

-hip circles until everyone is in same place :)

-3 figure 8 wiggles up and down

-false grip down onto haunches with back on pole, hands onto knees and circle

-push away from pole with head and low pirouette swinging outside leg out and around until facing pole (still crouching)

-booty up slowly step inside foot forward and do pole hold or pole pull up, pose or prance legs

-slide down, walk 4-4-3 into first spin, fireman or monkey

LAP DANCE ROUTINE

We are dancing to the song "Love & Sex & Magic" by Ciara with JT.

Start with back to chair tracing lines and doing hip circles
Turn to face chair, continue tracing lines and circling
Walk towards chair, R,L R onto center of chair
Slow leg caress, starting at thigh, going to foot and back up, hip circles
R leg down, walk around behind chair, using touch on both arms
As you come back to front crouch down front/side of chair and pick up closest hand
nibble fingers (or - ?)
Place hand back down, R knee on chair, then L - chest circles then 2 miss kisses
Melt to floor, hands on bunny's knees, hip circles, scalp massage, zipper tease
Run hands down thighs then your thighs too, hip shift, jack in the box with circles
Close and stand up, walk away back to chair, trace lines and circle
Turn to face chair, untie tie, slip off and walk to L side front of chair
Snap tie on R leg then throw to side, one leg on each side of bunny's R leg and circle
Spin R leg behind so back is to bunny on side of chair, circle down to sitting on lap, lean back
Come back up and stand up slowly
Step R L behind chair facing chair back, chest rub 2 x
Walk to center front, facing away from chair, hip circle down to lap, circles and grind, melt to floor
Crawl away 3 x then hip circles and up to feet
Walk directly to chair and mount facing bunny
Chest circles, hip circles, grind, cowboy - write your own ending!!!
