2nd Trix n Spins Workshop March 2010
















Wow - the ladies at this workshop were amazing!! At first some were hesitant to try the more advanced moves, but with the encouragement and support (sometimes physical support!!) of their classmates they did it! Pole tricks are the most effective, effecient and fun way to build upper body strength, endurance and muscle definition possible! Be it for poling or for a better day-to-day life. Nothing 'sassy' or sexy here - just stamina and determination~! Watch for our next Trix n Spins workshop coming mid-summer.

Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Visit


It was a pleasure to have the Hudson Chamber mark the 1st year anniversary of Lady Katherine with an Ambassador Visit!


It was fun to recount the past 12 months - the success of our weekly fitness classes, the addition of workshops and how many parties we've done in only 12 months! I also now know what type fo advertising works and what doesn't, and that for much of what I do - Bridal Fairs are where I meet my target market and it's a blast!


Looking forward to an outstanding 2nd year in business supporting the beautiful women of Hudson and beyond.

pole dance workshop
















Wow what a fun afternoon of poling! This was a beginner's pole dance workshop and everyone was a bit nervous at first - but by the end they were spinning, pirouetting and making hip circles like there is no tomorrow. We had an afternoon of fun, empowering friendship. Thank you for attending ladies!!!!

Truck Driver Pose aka Mud Flap


I LOVE this pose! We do it in Signature and Pole Dance - recognize it anyone? It is a great way to open our lungs, increase our flexibility & open our heart chakras - plus every woman looks FABULOUS doing it!!!!

Pole Dance Week 4-5

After the Ballerine (or front hook, one arm ballerina or carousel)
Go to side of pole and do 3 hip dips into field goal
Chair into Pirouette back on pole with 2 wiggle downs
the step inside foot to the side of the pole and grab pole behind the small of your back with outside hand, lift inside knee up as you bend back and look in the mirror
inside knee comes up into a prance and step inside, outside face the pole, inside swing around behind you into a backhook spin

Classes - Keeping It Fresh & Fun For Spring!!!




Hello Ladies! I've just completed posting our next sessions schedule and it has some surprises!~ Kick It - Cardio Kick Box is brand new - punch, jab, kick & shuffle your way to a lean, mean (in a good way :) new you!!!!




Also RESISTANCE BANDS are going to play a key part in firming, toning and un-jiggling in our new Abs & Booty, and Body Booty Camp takes on a new intensity with the addition of more drills and some cardio kick box moves sure to challenge and take you to the next level.




As always Pole Dance has a fresh, brand new routine as does Signature - don't let the graceful, flowing, circular movements done in these classes fool you - these classes are both a kick-butt workout!!!

Pole Dance Routine Week #3-4


After we conclude the ballerina or carousel spin, go to side of pole and do 3 hip dips

pirouette under arm back on pole

do 2 wiggle up and downs

step with inside foot to side of pole and then with outside foot

grab pole behind back with outside hand and keep inside hand high on pole

bend inside knee, lifting it to bend backwards to look behind you

come up from back bend and step 4-4-3 into back hook spin

Biggest Improver Information & Team Teacher Kudos!!!

It was such a joy to be able to travel to LV last week and know that all of my students were in good hands with our 7 new Team Teachers! Training concludes later this month and I look forward to their participation in classes, providing me the opportunity to research and develop more exciting and effective class content for you!


Early next month we kick off our Biggest Improver Program. A 12 week comprehensive approach to losing weight and losing inches with the motivation of acheiving your goals within a larger group of supportive and like-minded individuals. We will have a weigh-in and 'habit awareness' week to start, then move into a different focus each week, such as: whole grains, protein, supplements, hydration, etc.
