Instructions: Begin sitting on chair facing chair back, back towards bunny
-tap r foot 4x; tap l foot 4x; look over r shoulder; look over l shoulder;
-stand up facing chair back, 4 hip dips, 2 slow hip circles; 2 double dips each side; 4 grinds
-left leg over chair to face front, crouch; open l leg with l hand, spin to face seat, booty up
-walk to back of chair facing bunny, hands on chair back, slow head circle, step to r of chair crouch, open r knee with r hand, spin to face chair, booty up, 2 flower petal turns
-CHORUS: shoulders side to side 4x; rolls shoulders back and reach forward with r foot then to side with r foot 2x; 4 hip dips, reach up, to ankles and hair flip up;
-step to front of chair, 2 flower petal circles around, step r, l to l side of chair facing away from chair, sit down
-open r leg with r hand, full body circle, close r leg, lay bac on chair
-one tick tock 2 triangle legs, sit up, stand up, CHORUS
-4 shoulders, step r l to face chair booty to bunny, hands on chair seat, 4 hips, 2 hip circles
-crouch on chair look over r shoulder, turn to face chair back, stand up, 2 booty pops 2 hip circles, repeat
-crouch on chair, look over r shouder, sit on chair
-open r knee with r hand, stroke down l leg with l hand, stroke down r leg with r hand
-body circle forward, reach up with l hand, r hand on chair seat, pump and circle booty off chair
-stand up, CHORUS
-walk to back of chair facing away from chair and away from bunny, 4 full moons
-step r, l r over chair, l onto chair seat, open knee 2x, 2 hip drops, 2 hip circles repeat until end and booty slap - great job!!!

Session C 2011 Pole Dance Routine
Start 3 steps in front of the pole facing it
Do 3 big hip circles, then go into 3 low catcher circles, end last of the cathers with a right sassy squat
Starting with outside foot, step drag 3 times toward the pole and when in front of the pole use back of inside hand to stroke up the pole
While facing the back of the room, place both hands on the pole and start flirt with outside leg, do 4 flirts, then wrap inside leg up on the pole into flamingo
Starting with inside foot walk through pirouette, step into start position
Firefly spin or flying fireman booty up
hip circle around pole until at start position, field goal, step out and away pirouette back on pole
false grip 3 wiggles then step out wide and touch base of pole then hands overhead
reach inside hand behind the pole and grab sit into chair position then using outside hand push outside knee into inside knee pulling them together and turn to face the pole in low crouch
booty up and 3 body wave
sundial hold or flagpole
4-4-2 into ballerina or carousel, prance back to start position
