Santa Baby Workshop - step by step routine
Ladies here it is: step by step directions for YOUR Santa Baby Performance!
Song: Santa Baby by the Pussy Cat Dolls
-chair seat is facing you, you are 4 steps in front of chair seat
-one hip out, hand on hip and other behind head, move hips in place 4 counts
-cross step walk 4 counts bringing knee to opposite elbow
-hands behind head as knee lifts and foot goes on chair as arms extend straight up
-hand on hip for hip dips up and down, roll hips, up and down
-put foot down on floor and both hands on chair back
-2 hip dips and 2 doubles, slow hip circle
-sit on chair facing seat back
-upper body roll, one to each side
-place forearm on chair back and place face in other palm to pose
-turn to one side with both legs
-stroke down to foot of one leg, come up and center, hand on hip and move elbow back and for blow a kiss
-lean back holding chair back and santa hant when center and erect cross one leg over and swing foot while scolding with one finger up
-stand up and face front, hips to one side and one big hip circle
-stick bottom to one side posing and place face in palms of both hands (been an angel all year)
-walk to back of bunny chair
-nuzzle bunny's neck and run hands briefly down chest
-walk back to chair facing side place foot on chair seat, hand on hip, lift drop hip, straight back, chest forward as you push down and pull up leg on chair
-step off chair and stroke up and down each arm one at a time
-take left hand glove off by rolling it down from the top
-when glove is off hold an end in each hand and wiggle hips then throw glove to the side
-loosen fingers of right glove then pull off with teeth
-swsing hips and cross over step turn to back to bunny
-drop glove next to foot, look over shoulder hand on hip and hand over mouth
-straighten legs and reach down slowly to pick glove up, running it slowly on leg on the way up
-turn step forward and throw glove at bunny
-walk to bunny and mount chair, hand knee,knee - missed kiss and chest circles
-step left leg to side so your back is to bunny, slap-slap and hip circles
-step left foot forward center, turn and bring right next to it and walk back accentuating hips to side
-one hand on each chair arm with back to bunny, rock and circle
-write your own ending!!!

December Pole Dance Routine
Hello Ladies! Here's the mini-routine for the 3 weeks in December - enjoy!!!! It has exotic dance, spins & tricks - keep at the challenge moves, they DO get easier.
1-start in vortex to side of pole, a bit behind
2-walk inside, outside, plant inside plant outside as you turn to face pole and side of room
3-stroke back of inside hand up pole as you wiggle in place
4-grab pole and go into 4 large hip circles
5-transition into 4 medium body waves
6-lock your knees, slide hands down for your version of the booty shake
7-inside hand up on pole, outside hand on hip, walk 4-4-3 into step out into start spot
8-3 hip dips, hip circles 4 counts
9-pirouette back on pole, hip circles 2 wiggles up and down
10-step inside foot next to pole, outside foot out wide to the side, stroke down and up outside leg
11-keep inside hand low on pole, step inside, outside, inside into exploding V or knees up
12- 3 steps into sun-free spin
13-pirouette walk-through to start side and high kick to the floor on your back
14-stroke outside leg, roll away from pole once, on tummy do tick tock, speed bump and get up
15-walk to pole, keep inside hand low for flying spiral spin (advanced students) OR fire-up spin (beginning-intermediate students)
16-Land gracefully, smile and pose

Last week we bootied up from the floor into the fireman spin. This week we are going to change our 1st spin from the ballerina into the front hook, and end it with a back bend. Then add on with a
-step to the rear face pole
-one squat up to the side
-lollipop spin
I LOVE the lollipop - it's one of those that doesn't come easy right away but when you finally execute it the rush and reward is amazing.

Core Power Yoga Certification Complete
Last night when we were receiving our certificates of completion the instructors asked the 12 teachers-in-training what they learned from participating in the program. All the answers were great - from perfecting moves, finding and projecting a deeper, louder voice and more. For me the biggest take away (besides being trained in the greatest yoga form of all!) is knowing that I can keep my commitments. Sometimes life gets so busy, priorities seem endless and taking care of everyone else and their issues paramount. But for the last 6 weeks I was able to focus on this goal, do all of the things asked of me, do them well and on time. That was very important to me and I did it - feels good! Now I need to pause and congratulate myself. That's hard, especially for us women. We always seem to rush onto the next thing....

Pole Dance Routine Week A 10-25 to 12-6-10
This routine we start behind our pole to the side
-then we walk to the oppsite side and grab pole with outside hand 4 steps
-plant outside foot and hip circle around to start, one head circle
-chair with air back on pole - figure 8s - 2 sassy squats
- all the way to crouch, open one knee then the other
-low pirouette into booty up and body wave, frisk
-plant outside foot hook inside knee lean back
-unhook knee and pivot around into 2 steps then ballerina or front hook
walk to start spot, prancing salute
-chair with air into back hook to floor
-on floor 2 cat cow ovals, into 2 booty bounces back crawl to pole base and booty up

Trick AND Treat Strip Tease Information
Thank you to all the ladies participating in this! The song are stripping to is "YEAH" by Ludacris & Lil Jon. Here's the routine:
-facing front, step L foot to the side straight let; push slowly down the leg and pull up slowly
-hip dips - one R one L then double R
-shift weight center, hip circles slowly while hands tease up your body and down
-step R foot to front so you are facing side, stick booty out and push down body to calves and pull back up all very slowly
-step R foot again so you are facing away from your bunny
-hip circles slowly while hands tease up your body and down
-hip dips - one R one L the double R
-3 cross steps R-L-R L steps out and you are facing the wall (or pole)
-hold wall or pole, slow hip circles one to each side, reach up and do a frisk
-shoulder or head turn to face forward shoulder backs on the wall or pole
-push hips forward for 3 1/2 hip circles slowly (playing with the top of your skirt band and t shirt bottom)
-melt down and push away from pole or wall onto knees
-2 head circles, 2 cat cow ovals and 2 bounce backs
-3 cross crawls forward, R L R then L knee out so you are facing front on your knees
-on knees do hip shifts, 2 ponies without arms up in air, 2 head circles and then hip circles
-as you hip circle play with bottom of t shirt and crossing arms, begin to take it up over your head, slowly then toss it to the side
-shoulder rolls with hip rolls, shoulders side to side
-mermaid and push down folded legs, pull up, lean back onto elbows facing front
-slowly peel legs up for one tick tock then a very slow and hold leg splay
-cross legs and roll to the L push down booty and pull up, open top (R) leg into side splay, push up leg and pull down and over booty
-push yourself onto tummy, hip circles, cat cow oval and 2 bounce backs roll onto tummy again with arms stretched overhead and roll onto side - unzip skirt
-into bridge position hip circles, pumps playing with skirt top slowly roll skirt down past knees
-sit partially up, slowly push skirt off calves, feet and throw to side
-stroke up thigh and push down, onto all 4s, hip circles 2 cat cow ovals 2 bounce backs then booty quake
-tuck shift booty up into standing facing front - hip circle then hip dips single single double. step L foot forward so you are facing side and push down to calves, pull up - done!!!

Pole Dance Routine #4,5,6
We are finally going to add the head-stand! After getting up from floor work we circle the pole 4-4-to front where we step inside foot out and swing outside foot around into a wide stance with booty to mirrors. Here we 'wiggle on down' so we are kneeling in front of pole. Head-stand: stag legs, bow and arrow with let circle and bow and arrow dismount. Hair flip up and ta-da!
