Pole Dance Routine week #5

Wow week #5!!! We add the backhook spin this week - it is a challening, lovely, core shaping move that you will enjoy. Here's what we are adding this week:

1- after pushing forward onto our knees we will do 2 big wild head circles
2-push back with arms onto knees and wiggle for 4 counts
3- open outside leg at the knee and do several 'jack-in-boxes'
4-put weight on inside foot and booty up
5-step inside foot first into back hook spin
