Booty shorts? YES!! Wear them under your regular workout pants. We will be climbing and sitting on the pole and that requires some stick! It will be fun and empowering - I promise!

Holiday Schedule
Pole Dance Routine week #4
Hi Ladies!
Last week we bootied up from the floor into the fireman spin. This week we are going to change our 1st spin from the ballerina into the front hook, and end it with a back bend. Then add on with a
-step to the rear face pole
-one squat up to the side
-lollipop spin
I LOVE the lollipop - it's one of those that doesn't come easy right away but when you finally execute it the rush and reward is amazing.

Core Power Yoga Certification Complete
Last night when we were receiving our certificates of completion the instructors asked the 12 teachers-in-training what they learned from participating in the program. All the answers were great - from perfecting moves, finding and projecting a deeper, louder voice and more. For me the biggest take away (besides being trained in the greatest yoga form of all!) is knowing that I can keep my commitments. Sometimes life gets so busy, priorities seem endless and taking care of everyone else and their issues paramount. But for the last 6 weeks I was able to focus on this goal, do all of the things asked of me, do them well and on time. That was very important to me and I did it - feels good! Now I need to pause and congratulate myself. That's hard, especially for us women. We always seem to rush onto the next thing....
