CHAIR DANCE WORKSHOP ROUTINE
Dancing to "Porn Star Dancing" by My Darkest Days
-begin with chair back facing you and facing your 'bunny'
-hands on chair back, one long head roll
-3 1/2 circles with hips
-step L foot out so you are facing forward, roll hips
-figure 8s with hips, hip circles again
-mini mowers on L and then on R, put R hand on R hip and flower petal turn around in circle
-with R hand on chair back, drop to crouch and do a peek-a-boo
-booty up, step R, L R so you are on the side of the chair with back to seat
-booty bounce, then L foot goes onto chair seat, roll hips
-CHORUS: turn to face chair seat, bouncing body down, pump/roll body
-stroke up leg with hands, roll hips, pull up leg with hands and slap booty
-both feet on chair facing forward, hands on chair back
-2 upper body rolls, shoulder rolls
-slowly stand up, hands across body, hip dips and hip rolls, then roll down to crouch on chair again
-feet down to floor-
-2 body rolls and chest shimmy
-R leg over chair to the side, stretch L leg out and touch down to foot
-hair flip up, stand up
-turn to front then side and kick/push chair with R leg
-R foot down, L wide next to chair (you are facing away) and booty bounce
-CHORUS (do not stand up this time)
-step off chair L then R mini mowers R and L
-step R foot behind chair, swing L around so you are facing chair back and bottom is facing front
-big hip circles, 1/2 circles and booty shake
-walk around chair to the R pulling it with you and then step L next to it, R over so you are sitting in chair, back to chair back, facing front
-body circle, stroke L hand down to L foot, same on the R
-R shoulder front, swing L leg to the R and arch back
-come up, lift hips up and pump, circle
-booty on chair and melt onto floor with one big hair flip

Pole Routine - next steps
After 3 hip dips to the side:
-pirouette back on pole
-hip circles, 2 wiggles up and down
-step forward with one foot, false grip and slide to the floor
-roll 2x away from pole
-on back do 2 tick tocks, 2 crickets, roll towards pole
-on all 4s do 2 cat/cow rolls and 4 hip circles
-bend and snap with one straight leg and one bent to standing
-walk to pole, pirouette into outside leg hook, flamingo, ballerina spin
-pirouette back on pole
-hip circles, 2 wiggles up and down
-step forward with one foot, false grip and slide to the floor

Pole Dance Routine week #1, session of 8/2/10
Begin next to pole one step out from start spot
-4 counts of freestyle or until music begins
-4 steps to front of pole, centered, step out, 4 counts of sassy moves
-walk back 4 steps until back is on pole
-hip circles and 4 booty brushes
-false grip slide down & one peek-a-boo
-kneeling pirouette to face pole, booty up slowly
-step inside outside inside plant in front of pole facing side, step outside away from pole
-2 figure 8s up and down, back bend with body wave
-pull up step inside next to pole, outside wide, 2 upper body circles
-look in mirror, 4/4/3 into spin - fireman or martini
-step until you are facing rear of room, inside plants outside swings around until you are facing the pole - here do hip circles, frisk and flirt
-step inside next to pole facing front, outside joins it for 3 hip dips
