Hello Ladies - here is what we did/will do for week #2 Session F in our Pole Dance Routine:
(continues from week #1)
1-from the back of the pole step inside foot next to the pole, step out with outside foot into a wide stance and do 3 hip dips
2-pirouette under inside arm to get back on the pole
3-with back on the pole do hip circles to once side, one dip with head to the side
4-step forward about 2 feet with your strongest leg and lift the other leg high in the air, toes pointed as you slide your booty to the floor
5-trace your bent leg with opposite hand
6-roll away from your pole twice ending up on your back
7-do 2 tick tocks and 2 crickets
8-roll once towards your pole ending on your tummy
9-push head back into hair flip on your knees and do hip circles and hip shifts
10-bend and snap to get up
11-walk to pole and walk 4-4-3 into the Sundial Spin
