CHAIR DANCE - Week #2 Session F

Picks up from where we left off week #1, music is Beyonce's "all the single ladies":
1-step inside foot towards chair front (back of room) and swing other leg around so you are facing chair back at a diagonal
2-do freestyle hip circles here
3-swing outside leg behind you so you are now facing away from chair seat with booty facing chair seat - do catcher's circles and 2 hip dips
4- right before chorus starts again swing inside leg into position next to chair back facing front and step into hip dip facing forward with outside leg
5-CHORUS
6-step inside foot towards back and swing outisde foot all the way over chair seat facing front
7-2 chest circles 2 hip circles slowly sit down and trace the front of your legs
8-do 2 body circles one each way
9-lean back as we did in week #1
10-come up and swing both legs over to starting side, one leg extended, trace leg lines and hair flip on way up
11-stand up slowly for CHORUS
12-this time do not turn to face chair back, but instead step inside leg way out in front of chair back and step into wide stance facing forward with outside leg and do full moons
