1-sassy walk from behind pole to 4 steps in front of pole
2-step out boldly into a wide stance
3-hip circles or chest 'q' in place
4-prance 4 steps back until your back is in contact with the pole
5-4 booty brushes
6-drop to your haunches/peek-a-boo/roll shoulders and knees
7-crouching pirouette with straight outside leg until you are facing the pole
8-booty up slowly
9-step around to the front until you are even with the pole facing the side
10-back bend or crab
11-step inside outside until you are facing the back and do a 1/2 upper body circle
12-3 steps into your spin
13-walk to side of pole and step inside foot out, swing outside leg around so you are facing pole in a wide stance
14-do 2 frisks, 4 flirts and booty shake
