Pole Dance Week 4-5

After the Ballerine (or front hook, one arm ballerina or carousel)
Go to side of pole and do 3 hip dips into field goal
Chair into Pirouette back on pole with 2 wiggle downs
the step inside foot to the side of the pole and grab pole behind the small of your back with outside hand, lift inside knee up as you bend back and look in the mirror
inside knee comes up into a prance and step inside, outside face the pole, inside swing around behind you into a backhook spin
