Hello Ladies! I've just completed posting our next sessions schedule and it has some surprises!~ Kick It - Cardio Kick Box is brand new - punch, jab, kick & shuffle your way to a lean, mean (in a good way :) new you!!!!
Also RESISTANCE BANDS are going to play a key part in firming, toning and un-jiggling in our new Abs & Booty, and Body Booty Camp takes on a new intensity with the addition of more drills and some cardio kick box moves sure to challenge and take you to the next level.
As always Pole Dance has a fresh, brand new routine as does Signature - don't let the graceful, flowing, circular movements done in these classes fool you - these classes are both a kick-butt workout!!!
