1-freestyle for 4 counts
2-hip dips (2) hip circles (2)
3-repeat
4-walk 4 steps to directly behind chair with hands on hips
5-push chair forward 4 counts
6-right hand straight up in air, then left, grasp together and circle hips
7-hands on chair back, hip dips (2) hip circles (2) - kiss inside palm slap butt, run outside palm down outside - side
8-inside leg over chair back then outside leg steps out
9-touch your foot and hair flip back up
10-swing outside leg over chair seat so back is facing mirror
11-2 head circles and hip circles
12-look over shoulder the other shoulder
13-step to side of chair and walk around back to the side
14-put outside foot on chair seat, touch foot
15-hip circles and hip dips with the one hip
16-step both feet onto chair hip dips and circles
17-step carefully onto floor in front, outside leg comes up and down
18-lean back in chair like rising goddess and come up with shoulder open - 2x
