Hi Ladies!
This week we get up from the floor with our booty up, step inside, outside, hook inside around outside of pole and lean back
-Detach leg and walk 4-4-3 then quick hook spin to the back
-walk beginning with inside foot, 4-4-3 into pirouette spin
-after spin turn to face pole with wide legs and do 4 large, slow hip circles
-circle around pole to the back of pole facing front
