Pole Dance Lesson 2; Session A 2011


Hi Ladies!


Last week we ended on the floor after executing a (perfect!) ballerina or lollipop. This week:

unwind from the pole with pointed toes onto your back

arch back, head back, 2 tick tocs and 2 crickets

grab the front of those shins and booty scoot over to your pole - remember to smile as you do it!

booty up to standing, grab pole with inside hand and wrap inside leg around the pole

lean back in an upper back arch, reaching out with outside hand - beautiful!
