Pole Dance Routine week #4

Hi Ladies!

Last week we bootied up from the floor into the fireman spin. This week we are going to change our 1st spin from the ballerina into the front hook, and end it with a back bend. Then add on with a
-step to the rear face pole
-one squat up to the side
-lollipop spin

I LOVE the lollipop - it's one of those that doesn't come easy right away but when you finally execute it the rush and reward is amazing.
