Thank you to all the ladies participating in this! The song are stripping to is "YEAH" by Ludacris & Lil Jon. Here's the routine:
-facing front, step L foot to the side straight let; push slowly down the leg and pull up slowly
-hip dips - one R one L then double R
-shift weight center, hip circles slowly while hands tease up your body and down
-step R foot to front so you are facing side, stick booty out and push down body to calves and pull back up all very slowly
-step R foot again so you are facing away from your bunny
-hip circles slowly while hands tease up your body and down
-hip dips - one R one L the double R
-3 cross steps R-L-R L steps out and you are facing the wall (or pole)
-hold wall or pole, slow hip circles one to each side, reach up and do a frisk
-shoulder or head turn to face forward shoulder backs on the wall or pole
-push hips forward for 3 1/2 hip circles slowly (playing with the top of your skirt band and t shirt bottom)
-melt down and push away from pole or wall onto knees
-2 head circles, 2 cat cow ovals and 2 bounce backs
-3 cross crawls forward, R L R then L knee out so you are facing front on your knees
-on knees do hip shifts, 2 ponies without arms up in air, 2 head circles and then hip circles
-as you hip circle play with bottom of t shirt and crossing arms, begin to take it up over your head, slowly then toss it to the side
-shoulder rolls with hip rolls, shoulders side to side
-mermaid and push down folded legs, pull up, lean back onto elbows facing front
-slowly peel legs up for one tick tock then a very slow and hold leg splay
-cross legs and roll to the L push down booty and pull up, open top (R) leg into side splay, push up leg and pull down and over booty
-push yourself onto tummy, hip circles, cat cow oval and 2 bounce backs roll onto tummy again with arms stretched overhead and roll onto side - unzip skirt
-into bridge position hip circles, pumps playing with skirt top slowly roll skirt down past knees
-sit partially up, slowly push skirt off calves, feet and throw to side
-stroke up thigh and push down, onto all 4s, hip circles 2 cat cow ovals 2 bounce backs then booty quake
-tuck shift booty up into standing facing front - hip circle then hip dips single single double. step L foot forward so you are facing side and push down to calves, pull up - done!!!
