Pole Dance Routine Week A 10-25 to 12-6-10

This routine we start behind our pole to the side
-then we walk to the oppsite side and grab pole with outside hand 4 steps
-plant outside foot and hip circle around to start, one head circle
-chair with air back on pole - figure 8s - 2 sassy squats
- all the way to crouch, open one knee then the other
-low pirouette into booty up and body wave, frisk
-plant outside foot hook inside knee lean back
-unhook knee and pivot around into 2 steps then ballerina or front hook
walk to start spot, prancing salute
-chair with air into back hook to floor
-on floor 2 cat cow ovals, into 2 booty bounces back crawl to pole base and booty up
