After sliding to the floor, stroke forward leg with same hand and hair flip up
-peel away from pole and roll onto tummy (everyone will do this different)
-raise booty for 2 pendulums, then a full speed bump into hair flip kneeling hip circles
-booty up with or without pole
-walk 4-4-3 into fireman or merry-go-round spin
