Pole Dance Routine 4/10 - 5/10


Hi Ladies, here is our current Pole Routine - enjoy!!!


Week #1

-approach pole from rear, stroke with back of inside hand, grab pole, 3 hip dips

-on last dip keep outside leg straight, touch foot, hair flip up and shift weight to outside, 3 chest circles

-step to start polace, outside, inside, feet together, stroke body and latin american, hook inside leg for flamingo, reach down and out, prance inside 4-4-3 around pole

-into first spin-martini then walk into chair into pirouette back on pole

-hip circles then step out inside and outside for wide strong stance

-reach forward and stroke pole between legs, then arms overhead into body wave dismount pole

-step inside forward (away from pole) outside cross, inside out, and do one and a half flower petal turns until you are facing backwards

-pirouette walk through as you approach pole and walk to front of pole into windmill position

-windmill and facing pole, hip circles, pumps and drop to knees

-open outside knee with outside hand lean back a nd look over shoulder

-booty up, booty slap, ballerina (or carousel or front hook)
